Between Confident and Humble? (3)

Read: Isaiah 40: 29-31; Roman 5: 3-5; James 1: 2-4; Galatians 5: 22-23

....but those who hope in the Lord, will renew their strength.
They will soar on wings like eagles;
they will run and not grow weary,
they will walk and not be faint.
Isaiah 40: 31

       Many people will say that I knew Isaiah 40: 29-31. But the reality, you hope on Jesus who will renew their strength. Because many Christians depend on their own strength, not God.

       You will ask me that the person hopes on Jesus, is it connecting with confidence. Because the confident people who trust on God for every big, small and unseen things. Waiting upon the Lord, it is very difficult for me, I believe that it is hard for you too. If we trust God enough, we will have confidence which appears outside, but humble people are inside out. If the person has confidence in his or herself, not because he or she is not humble. We are human beings who will act the different ways in outside, not inside. Humble shall be from inside to out, then confidence is outside to show you who trust very much, you don't live in fear, but love, peace, faith and hope too.

      "He (God) gives strength to the weary, and increases the power of the weak. Even youths grow tired and weary, and young men stumble and fall..." (V29-30) When we patient for Jesus, you have to put HOPE on him. So that Romans 5: 3-5 said, "Not only so, but we also rejoice in our sufferings, because we know that suffering produces perseverance (the hardest spiritual lesson); perseverance character; and character hope (positive and power thoughts as Joyce Meyer said). And hope does not disappoint us, because God has poured out his love into our hearts by Holy Spirit, whom he (God) has given us." There are clear enough. It is very hard to live as an example as Jesus.

       Last Scripture Verses James 1: 2-4 said, "Consider it pure joy, my brothers, whenever you face trials of many kinds, because you know that the testing of your faith develops perseverance. Perseverance must finish its work so that you may be mature and complete, not lacking anything." These Scripture Verses are very clear and understanding. If we want to be mature and complete, not lacking anything, We need to have Fruit of Spirit which is love, joy, peace (for yourself), patience, kindness, goodness (for other people), faithfulness, gentleness and self-control (for God and yourself). Against such things there is no law. (Galatians 5: 22-23)

      A lot of people seek for the gifts of Spirit, It is very good, we need more desirable fruit of Spirit than those gifts. Because the fruit of Spirit shows your characters as humble, goodness, faithfulness, confidence and self-control... etc.

       Therefore, one coin has two sides, one side is your humble and another is confidence. No one is right or wrong, just we have the different thoughts, but we need to encourage people, not put down on them. We need to have both, that cone will have two sides for two good characters. Praise Jesus who is alive today, tomorrow and future! Amen!

      Show your fruit of Spirit, not only your gifts of Spirit.
