Trust the Lord


Read: Psalms 37: 3-7


Trust in the Lord and do good; dwell in the land and enjoy safe pasture. Psalms 37: 3



         In Psalms 37: 3 said, "Trust in the Lord and do good; dwell in the land and enjoy safe pasture." Trust in the Lord and do good, it has called as Christians, it means Christ alike. Are we like Christ character? If we do the way God pleases us, we will enjoy safe (no fear or security) pasture (provide for food, living and everything), dwell (live) in the land with all good pleasure provisions.

       Verse 4 said, "Delight yourself in the Lord and he will give you the desires of your heart." If delight (Joyful) ourselves to the Lord; He (God) will give us the desires of our heart. So that we can do will of God.

       And verse 5, "Commit your way to the Lord, trust in him and he will do this: (verse 6)" Give away our way to the Lord, trust in Him, and He will accomplish as: verse 6 said, "He will make your righteousness shine like the drawn the justice of your cause like the noon day sun." Righteousness and justice God acts as His name, drawn and sun are light up. No darkness at all in God.

         Then verse said, "Be still before the Lord and wait patiently for him; do not fret when men succeed in their ways, when they carry out their wicked schemes." If we see wicked schemes have been carried out, successfully, we do not fret (we become to envy someone and we are  trouble our hearts.)

        Instead of be still before the Lord and wait patiently for him to appear his justice and righteousness in His time,may be not on time, but in His time. And be still is to mean silence and trust God. Our waiting for hope will be  worthy for all our suffering or our bad experience. Because we have truely known God who has acted as he said.


Trust the Lord, there are righteousness and justice
as God is working.

Be Content in Every Circumstance



Read: Philippians 4: 10-13

... I have learned the secret of being content in any and every situation...  Philippians 4: 12


        We read Philippians sayings, "I rejoiced greatly in the Lord that at last you renewed your concern for me. Indeed, you were concerned, but you had no opportunity to show it. I am not saying this because I am in need, for I have learned to be content whatever the circumstances. I know what it is to have plenty. I have learned the secret of being content in any and every situation, whether well fed or hungry, whether living in plenty or in want. I can do all this through him who gives me strength."

          When we are joyful work for the Lord or your family or your work place. Because we need to learn Apostle Paul secret about content in any and every situation, whether well fed or hungry, whether living in plenty or in want. And we can do all this through Jesus who gives us strength. And we learn content firstly, then we have strength though Jesus, and we are able to do all things. Praise the Lord for His Word!

       We give thank for every situation, but we are easy to give thank for good time, but not bad time. We need to learn to give every situation for thanks. If we content in the poor, and we praise the Lord in the rich. Content is attitude and behavior to show your life so great even you are in poor.

         Finally, we need to learn rich in spiritual lives, not comfortable rich which satisfy our lives. Then we learn the true content in God, not men or situation. We always give thank to the Lord and glorify His Name.


Be content is attitude and behavior for the Christians!

Placed Here for a Purpose


Read: John 18: 33-37; Luke 9: 51

"You are a King. then!" said Pilate. Jesus answered, "You say that I am a king. In fact, the reason I was born and came into the world is to testify to the truth. Everyone on the side of truth listens to me."
John 18: 37

          When we read John 18: 33-37 about Pilate and Jesus conversation. When Pilate asked Jesus, "You are King". Jesus answered that He is not only a King, but also He was born for purpose to testify to the truth. And Jesus testified the truth, so the truth set us free.

         We review Jesus died and his resurrection all took place according to God's purpose.  In Luke 9: 51 said, "As the time approached for him to be taken up to heaven, Jesus resolutely set out for Jerusalem." Jesus steadfastly see his face to go to Jerusalem. Jesus' death was no turn of fate - it was a fulfillment of God's plan. It designed by the heavenly Father to fulfill a specific purpose.

         We must learn to view the events of our life from the divine perspective and the purpose, God has a plan for our lives. Then knowing His will, so that we can serve and glorify him in everything we do. We are the followers, so do what he has said. Therefore, God has placed us where are for a purpose.


Duties belong to us, Results belong to God.
