Ezekiel 36: 26-27
The sacrifices of God are a broken spirit; a broken and contrite heart, O God, you will not despise.
Psalm 51: 17
Yesterday I traveled back to Morogoro from Arusha. Then my car went into the truck which went to Tanga, than Morogoro. All amazed and interested trip from Morogoro, Michungwani, Moshi, Arusha in Tanzania and Nairobi in Kenya. The whole trip was crying, laughing and a lot of miracles. And I lost friendship from one dearest friend, I was very sad that night, and I was silence with a crushed spirit and heart. After God gave me Jackie who was stayed same room with her. and her father helped me to stay with her daughter. Christina and Joel are his other children.
I have spent more money to fix my car, deliver my car to Arusha, then it returns back to Morogoro. All my troubles have been made me stronger than before. So that I knew that I depend on Jesus who is my help come from. I am sorry that I did not enable to write last night. I hope that I will keep daily from today.
We look into Psalm 51: 13-19 principles as below:
(10) David would teach transgressors God's way.
(V 13)
"Then I will teach transgressors your ways, and sinners will turn back to you." David had had experience for God's forgiveness, so that he can teach other sinners about God's ways, then the sinners will turn back to God. When we have seen many testimonies, the sinners so bad, but God saves them in time, then they turn back to God and give their testimonies that are very powerful. God has plan for all sinners, I am the one, but he has saved me, and you too.
(11) Save David from blood quilt and sing of your
righteousness. (V14)
"Save me from blood quilt, O God, the God who saves me, and my tongue will sing of your righteousness." David knew that God would save him from blood quilt and forgave his sins. So that his tongue will sing of God's righteousness. I am so grateful and thankful my God, Jesus. He will forgive my sins, each time I call his Name, Jesus. He will be there for me, and he change my situation from time to time. It will be worse, but it turns out just good enough or perfect one. I thank for him who has done for me and others.
(12) David declared God's praise. (V 15)
"O Lord, open my lips, and my mouth will declare your praise." David asked God to open his lips and his mouth will declare his praise. We shall praise Him for Good or worse, we praise him with words, prayer, songs and lifting our hands. We want to say, Jesus, we love you so much, please you receive our praises and blessings. Amen!
(13) What does God delight sacrifices or a broken
spirit. (V 16-17)
"You do not delight in sacrifice, or I would bring it; you do not take pleasure in burnt offerings. The sacrifices of God are broken spirit; a broken and contrite heart, O God, you will not despise." When king Saul disobeyed God, he explained and said, "The soldiers took sheep and cattle from the plunder, the best of what was devoted to God, in order to sacrifice them to the Lord you God at Gilgal." But Samuel replied; "Does the Lord delight in burnt offerings and sacrifices as much as in obeying the voice of the Lord? To obey is better than sacrifice, and to heed is better than the fat of rams." (1 Samuel 15: 21-22)
God delight our hearts, not our sacrifice, he pleases our obedience with our heeds. Our sacrifice is our hearts, even the broken ones. He will not despise, but he will give our new heart, take away the broken one. In Ezekiel 36: 26-27 said, "I (God) will give you a new heart and put a new spirit in you; I will remove from you your heart of stone and give you a heart of flesh. And I will put my Spirit in you and move you to follow my decrees and be careful to keep my laws." Then God to change our heart, he will cleans and we will have the clean heart with the new spirit. So that the crushed spirit and broken heart have gone in the Name of Jesus. Amen!
(14) God's good pleasure make Zion prosper, there
will be righteous sacrifices. (V 18-19)
"In your good pleasure make Zion prosper; build up the walls of Jerusalem. Then there will be righteous sacrifices, whole burnt offerings to delight you; then bulls will be offered on your altar." God's good pleasure makes us prosper, build us up, then there will be righteous sacrifice and whole burnt offerings to delight God, and it is one who follows God in wholeheartedly. We are the ones. Praise Him for all which he has done in our lives!
You heed after God who will make you new prosper beginning.
